Various rotary table accessories can be choosen from SilverCNC to meet different processing requirements.

■ Manual chuck: to process some round bar parts.

■ oil booster: provide brake oil for the rotary table, which comes in two forms: air to oil booster and hydraulic station booster.

■ L block, bridge plate: used with the tailstock to increase rigidity.

■ Encoder: increase the positioning accuracy and repeatability.

■ Rotary joint: to supply pneumatic or hydraulic pressure from outside to a fixture on a CNC rotary table

Manual chuck

■ When machining round bar type products, it is necessary to clamp the parts with a chuck.

■ Three kinds of chuck options available : manual chuck, pneumatic chuck and hydraulic chuck.

Braking system

Air to oil booster cylinder: AOB-6 (optional)

1. Used for hydraulic brake rotary table alone or with tailstock

2. Fast,energy saving and low space demanding

3. Standard 2.5m oil pipe

4. For 5axis rotary table, you can use 2unit AOB-6.

Hydraulic power unit: HSU-1/2(optional)

1. Used hydraulic brake rotary table and tailstock with hydraulic fixture

2. Hydraulic station is stable,and low temperature rise

3. Standard 5m oil pipe

4. If there are complex fixtures, different numbers of hydraulic circuits can be selected.

L block and bridge plate

Suggestion size on the section of the L block and plate

■When the workpiece is designed for multi-station processing, tailstock, L block and bridge plate needed.

■Different rotary , different L block, one piece, split L-block available for selection.

■Allowable load is defined as the maximum workpiece weight that rotary table canstand, which should be calculated as standard cylinder shape.
